Sponsorship and Donations
Georgetown Fire Department Pipes and Drums is affiliated with the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation. Thanks to this affiliation, anyone wishing to support the band can now make a tax-deducible donation to the band’s fund. Your donations to the band will help members attend lessons and workshops, purchase musical instruments, parts and uniforms. Up to this point the members of the band have purchased their own uniforms, instruments and paid for their own instruction. The Fire Department has begun to assist band members somewhat but the band still relies heavily on donations. There are a few different ways to donate and support your Fire Department pipe band.
1. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, please print the donation form and mail or drop it off along with your check or money order to:

2. Hand deliver a donation payable to “Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation” or “C.T.F.C.” to any of our band members. Be sure to note that the donation is “for GFD Pipes & Drums”. The member receiving the donation will hand deliver it to the C.T.C.F.
3. Make a secure online donation using the C.T.C.F. PayPal account. Here is the link to their site. Look for the Pay Pal link at the bottom right of their page.
All donations go directly to the band. The band relies on donations to support our instruction, uniforms, equipment, etc.
